Normal service resumed for Lee with a double on 3 thanks to his poor chipping. Looks a brutal set up and the players are lucky the wind isn't blowing as that would cause carnage.

There's some good scores being posted by some big names; Tiger Woods, Graeme McDowell, Adam Scott, Bubba Watson and Ernie Els. I just hope the conditions don't deteriorate this afternoon for the two players I've put money on but the weather forecast says so.

Westwood carded a 40 on that back 9. Killer.

I'm quite content so far. Bloody long way to go yet, though.

Superb player but i wish the BBC Radio 5 team would stop frothing over him.

They're not alone though, whenever he's playing a PGA event, the cameras rarely leave him. I don't mind, I love watching him play, especially when he's playing well. That shot on the 16th at Muirfield village was spectacular.

Backed Zach Johnson and Steve Stricker. No complaints so far

Why does everyone always back Westwood and Donald - learn your lessons!

Tiger and Bubba for the W

Would that be the same Westwood who has been in contention in almost every major for the last five years? Granted he hasn't won one but he nearly always gives you a run for your money and each way backers i'm sure would be up....I agree with Donald in the majors though.
