You could have fooled me!

You have not given me on conclusive point or piece of information to support you argument, I have do not need to justify my
support to people who do not understand football or how to debate
But you started the thread, so it was reasonable of people to ask you to back those opinions up. Something you have not done.

Those 10 'reasons' were extremely petty and none were sackable offences. If you were to sack for any or all of those reasons, he would sue your arse off and almost certainly win.

Now then, are you going to send those suggestions about sacking the manager to Dick Knight or not?

Joking aside, i am utterly anti mcghee but always get behind the side at games.

I would suggest there is a far few people like that.

Saying that the people behind me were not so silent.

1) John Rudge
2) Brian Law
3) Charlie Oatway with an experienced director of football to help
4) Ray Gradon

to name but a few

It's certainly a drier humour than when Ernest suggests Alan Ball and Sir Howard Wilkinson

Top of your list is some coffin-dodger who was sacked six years ago from Port Vale and is so brilliant that he hasn't been in charge of a single team since as manager. And second is someone who is just six points away from relegating Scunny to League 2.

Top work

I do not want Rudge here, not sure I could cope with his flat cap, however he has been Director of Football at Stoke since leaving Vale and is probably going to end up incharge of the first team as the current manager looks like he is going to walk due to interfence.

Its the consecquences of the action that are the problem

On gates of 1400 it is a miracle he got to div1 in the first place

The side he took up in 1994 had some quality in it. Foyle could always score goals and I remember them at the Goldstone for the last game of the season and Ian Taylor took us apart in their 3-1 win. I think it was a case of having a very good crop at the same time. Something that Crewe seem to be able to do.

the thread speaks for itself and it has examples which are irrefutable

Consequences of what actions, shabba?

Of those 10 'reasons' *cough*

1 (No1) is baffling. Being sacked for not having money to spend on a goal scoring striker, when there also happens to be other positions to fill? Good one.

2 (3 and 5) are based on speculation

1 (10) is subjective, the consequences of which are not entirely down to him.

1 (8) is an opinion which in itself needn't be a problem, and which worked bloody well last season. Adam Virgo, anyone? And the examples you quote there are pisspoor.

5 (the rest) are irrelevant.

Dick Knight: "the consequence of me agreeing with you to give David Lee a contract, and playing Ben Roberts ahead of Michel Kuipers and for sending Mark McGammon home with the kit man will result in your instant dismissal, Mark. So f*** off."
:lolol:

Irrefutable, my arse.

So 11 out of 7000 is a majority is it? (20 odd counting the few on Mr Morris's poll)

Like it or not, NSC is fairly representive of a cross section of fans. And only 15% of people want McGhee sacked. I make that a large minority.
Unfortunately the majority are not forward thinking and intelligent enough to assess it corrrectly. I have a bloke who sits near me who Hammond should play up fron, its just not representative, it merely shows the opinion of the uninforned mindless majority.
