1 (10) is subjective, the consequences of which are not entirely down to him.

1 (8) is an opinion which in itself needn't be a problem, and which worked bloody well last season. Adam Virgo, anyone? And the examples you quote there are pisspoor.

5 (the rest) are irrelevant.

That's not telling him to f*** off. 'Stroll on' is an exclamation of disbelief, not a command to someone unpleasant in your vicinity. 'f***ing stroll on' is the same exclamation with an expletive thrown in.
