It's brilliant. We had it for the Carabao Cup final. Just a note about the bars, they only take card payment and no cash. The food outlets round the edge take cash though

So basically the club hire box park for £10-15k and want fans to cover the cost ??? Bit tight

or a great bit of organisation so fans that want to can enjoy starting their day out at a facility close to the stadium with the chairman and other club legends...

Club chief executive and deputy chairman Paul Barber explained, “Boxpark will become the club’s HQ on the day, opening from 11am until 11pm, with directors, staff, sponsors, and guests being joined by club legends.

“We’re delighted to also make just over 1,000 tickets available for our fans to purchase so that they can also enjoy being part of our club’s HQ for the day.

“Seagulls TV presenter Richie Reynolds will host the event, with live Q&As with club Chairman Tony Bloom, ambassadors Alan Mullery and Steve Sidwell, and a number of other Albion legends including Guy Butters, Andy Rollings and Gordon Smith.

“There’ll also be music and DJs in the build up to the game, access for the broadcast and print media, and the chance to win spot prizes with some fun and games throughout the build up. Afterwards, fans with tickets will be able to join us - win or lose - but hopefully to celebrate an historic FA Cup upset!”

Nobody HAS to go... but me and my group think it will be a fun way to start out day out!

Pretty sure it would cost quite a lot more than £10-15k, given there are 23 food kiosks, all the other related costs.

The £10k that the fans are contributing, will cover the fees for the guest speakers, Richie Reynolds fee, the hire of the DJ and live music, etc.

It sounds fantastic IMO, and nobody is forcing anyone to attend, if they feel it isn't an attractive deal.

Really can't see what anybody's objection to it is? It is like complaining that hospitality exists - if its not for you, then its very existence is surely of no concern to you?

Anyone with the requisite points able to tell us how ticket sales are going?

Hoping to grab some tomorrow afternoon if they're still there...
