I suspect the issue was that the gents toilet capacity had, effectively, been halved as the upstairs loos were only accessible to those who had paid for the hospitality option.

Definitely - there was even a sign downstairs saying 'additional toilets upstairs' or similar....not much use if the Barber Gestapo (identifiable through their mustard-coloured body armour and hi-tec bottle top detectors) are blocking the stairway though

When waiting for the toilets a bloke from Boxpark came over and said why don't you use the upstairs toilets as they were empty, it was then pointed out to him that we can't get upstairs with the writs bands we had!
