Yes, but there is quite a bit of usual parliamentary nerdiness going regarding that. Speaker is going to be in a difficult situation if it looks like she might win.

We will know at 6pm when the DUP give a statement.

The BBC reported earlier that they can get around it by changing the wording of the first paragraph of the Withdrawal Act itself, or something along those lines anyway.

With TM going, they may not need the DUP votes to get the Withdrawal Agreement through now.

I cant see how anyone could vote for someone that changes the way the vote on MV3 because of may leaving.

I have 100 x more respect for MPs like Bridgen

Was rumored on Twitter earlier and just alluded to on the news, DUP may choose to abstain in the vote which will bring the ERG over to vote for it.
