If you go to 8.20 you will see the aforementioned crane.
And that large green tub, is a large green tub sitting in the foreground.

It's (1/2 of) the South Stand foundation to carry the supporting wall for the roof. Forget about the pretty bit on the right, this thing is far more important in the construction of the stadium.

By my reconing, that is where the foundations will be for the arch - the steel 'scrubbing brush' being the reinforcing steel over which the concrete will be poured...
