I was hoping to review Pitch again but we had to cancel our reservations yet again - hoping for a visit now in February if Boris lets us!
Just before xmas, I tried to go into The Fat Greek in Worthing for a quick bite of lunch but when we got to the door, we were told that they were not opening...
With Pitch having to close again, Kenny Tutt has got a street food van he is parking at the front of the closed Tudor Close pub in Ferring On Fridays , Saturdays & Sundays:

All sounds very nice so hope to give it a go next weekend
Having been out for lunch the last two days I experienced two very different ends of the customer service spectrum.
Wednesday - Brunswick & Thorn, Worthing. Seated at 12:15 for a light lunch, had to wait 10 minutes before seeing a menu as they were still being printed - not sure why as their...
Quick double review for you all.
De Levante - Chichester
Family dinner on Saturday evening so we headed West to Chichester to try out this place which had good reviews. Friendly welcome on arrival with one way system around the restaurant and middle tables out of use.

I've been to Pitch a couple of times and found that the service has been very good - unfortunately it looks like you just got unlucky.
With both Tito's and Picasso's closed in Worthing, I'm trying De Lavante in Chichester tomorrow night for meal out.
Today I had lunch in The Real Greek at...

Both Andalucía in Ferring and Pepe De Rincon in West Worthing offering takeaway tapas for those not blessed with Bakero style cookery skills.

You can now order a Patty & Bun home...
The Chilli and chips was a valentines special he was doing outside of his normal burger.
As for getting things removed, he is more than happy. I can't have cheese so that is an instant removal job for me and he has never questioned it. He tries to get balanced flavours but I know what you...
Good to hear - can we get to you by road or do we have to walk across the bridge from the Arun View? Will be coming down next month as it is my daughter's 15th birthday and she has insisted she wants to visit for your tapas.
Not high end but can recommend The Pass street food café on Southgate. Guy has worked for loads of Brighton restaurants before initially having a food van and now a small café with very good burgers and interesting other lunchtime / early evening options.
