Wouldn't worry too much about the scout reports. Just pick your best 11 players in a sensible formation, taking note of their morale, as poor morale will effect how well they play (although sometimes need to play them to help them get morale back up!).

Dicker is a good player in the game, he just gets put into the reserves as there's only so many slots for midfielders in the first team and he's not rated as highly as Kishishev/Sparrow/Bridcutt. Holroyd gets into first team as not so many strikers there. Sandaza is very good as he was rated...
