That’s not what I said. I was saying that IF Villa beat Man Utd, then WE walloped Man Utd, suddenly things would look VERY interesting. That’s all. As it is I can now accept top 4 is probably gone, but feel quietly confident about 6th/7th.

I’m fully aware the race for Euopa is on. If we can play as we know we can in the final 7 games we will make the top 6. I just can’t help the 10-20% of me that thinks there could be even more. I’m not convinced we’re a worse side than Man Utd tbh.

So…do we want Liverpool and Man Utd wins? There’s just a bit of me that thinks - Man Utd lose tomorrow, then we beat them on Thursday…it couldn’t, could it?
