All well put. Barnes may divide your fans as he can have a propensity to miss a sitter or two, but he works his NUTS off and has a massive determination to win, which can help drag a team through a poor performance. He's still improving too.

3-4 years is a bit long. Barnes is proving himself a better goalscorer and is much younger, improving all the time. Would be an illogical move unless it was Doyle + a lot of money.
