Watched Cloverfield for the first time. Not as good as I had hoped, I didn't particularly care about any of the people but still worth a watch. The best thing was the inclusion of the lobster/cat/spider monster things. 7.5

Indy Crystal Skull : 8.0 I didn't understand half of the ending, or Ray Winstone - but though it was great apart from that. Loved the amazon bit, and thought Shia Lebeuf was dead good. I watched 'Feed' at the weekend. It's a bit sick, and a bit shabby, somewhat slow but not entirely terrible. Gets better towards the end. WARNING: Features a 45 stone woman getting banged whilst being drizzled in baked beans and barbeque sauce. 5.9

Disturbia - The name has nothing to do with anything. The Beef is brilliant in it, but the rest of the film is a bit silly. He alone makes it watchable. And Carrie Anne Moss is not old enough to be his Mum. Other than that pretty good fare. 6 ish.

Shooter Maybe it's the pan-atlantic language barrier, maybe that he was discussing the specifics of being a sniper, but in parts of this film I couldn't understand a word of what Mark Whalberg was going on about. That apart, its a pretty good romp - way short of the Bourne it aspires to, yet...
