Depends what you're looking for really. If that one building is all your interested in about Tokyo it's probably not worth the bother stopping off. Get into the countryside and mountains and enjoy the beauty of Japanese nature.

The Triathlon and rowing took place in Tokyo Bay. It's the only actual 'waterfront' Tokyo has. And it's the only straight bit of water going. The rivers twist and turn all over the place. Although thinking about the British mens fours and their wayward steering, maybe that was what they had...

I've loved having sport on in my time zone from morning to night. It's been great. It's just a shame that with the sport taking place all over the city I live in and with the years of waiting and building excitement at the prospect of hosting the games that it ended up being foisted on an...

I'd just like to point out how well the athletes are performing in what is frankly brutal conditions today. According to my thermometer and humidity measurer thing it's 36 degrees and 60% humidity. Yes, I know some places are hotter, some are more humid and some are even hotter and more...

Nigeria drop off that table with a bronze in the women's long jump. Have all the distance events been done? If not, Kenya will surely get one in one of them?

It was quite a localised bit of rain. I live four or five miles away from the Olympic stadium and didn't see a drop it.

Interestingly we've won medals in more disciplines than any other nation. I wonder how long that will last?

And a bronze for Declan Brooks in the men's BMX freestyle. That's two golds, a silver and a bronze in the BMX disciplines. Their funding's going to go through the roof!

That 100m mixed medley swimming race was awesome! That was way more exciting than a standard relay. Unfortunately at the same time the swimmers were winning gold the womens rugby 7's fell in the semis against the French.

I've just turned over from the women's football to the athletics and seen a mixed 4x400m relay race. When did that become a thing? Do they still do the men's and women's too? How about the 4 by 1's?

I went to e BMX racing this morning/afternoon. Fantastic results for Team GB, silver in the men's and gold in the women's. From my vantage point i managed to see roughly 20% of both races. I'd like to think that my support is what got us those medals.

So, the tennis is completely not viewable, there's a 10 foot wall around the park that it's situated in. The BMX/Skateboarding park and climbing wall have some kind of sightlines though. If I'm free at the right times I might go see me some Olympics! Provided the police allow me and not many...

I'm going down to the tennis centre in a minute for a reccy to see if there's any viewing lines. If there is, I'll live stream the semis and final for you.* The BMX and skateboarding is next to the tennis and the climbing, 3v3 basketball and five a side football(had no idea that was an olympic...
