That 100m mixed medley swimming race was awesome! That was way more exciting than a standard relay. Unfortunately at the same time the swimmers were winning gold the womens rugby 7's fell in the semis against the French.

I've just turned over from the women's football to the athletics and seen a mixed 4x400m relay race. When did that become a thing? Do they still do the men's and women's too? How about the 4 by 1's?

I went to e BMX racing this morning/afternoon. Fantastic results for Team GB, silver in the men's and gold in the women's. From my vantage point i managed to see roughly 20% of both races. I'd like to think that my support is what got us those medals.
