Okay mate. 4-4-2 clearly is not gaining us points. Why not try another system. It sounds like an easy way out but there isn't any other way. I would just like to see another idea at least tried. It may not be the answer but the way we are playing noe isn't either. We are fighting the same corner...

I'm not confident that we'll start winning games but it MIGHT make a difference and at this stage I think that is what needs to happen. THis system is not working and hasn't worked with the personnel that we have at the club. Changing it may well lead to more points.

Does the fact that changing the system may change our fortunes where sticking with a 4-4-2 that isn't working won't?
