Watched Cloverfield for the first time. Not as good as I had hoped, I didn't particularly care about any of the people but still worth a watch. The best thing was the inclusion of the lobster/cat/spider monster things.

I didn't understand half of the ending, or Ray Winstone - but though it was great apart from that. Loved the amazon bit, and thought Shia Lebeuf was dead good. Nice stunty stuff and a very seemly Fedora on show. Admittedly, it might be my demographic but Indiana Jones...
I watched 'Feed' at the weekend. It's a bit sick, and a bit shabby, somewhat slow but not entirely terrible. Gets better towards the end. WARNING: Features a 45 stone woman getting banged whilst being drizzled in baked beans and barbeque sauce.

The name has nothing to do with anything. The Beef is brilliant in it, but the rest of the film is a bit silly. He alone makes it watchable. And Carrie Anne Moss is not old enough to be his Mum.
Other than that pretty good fare.

Maybe it's the pan-atlantic language barrier, maybe that he was discussing the specifics of being a sniper, but in parts of this film I couldn't understand a word of what Mark Whalberg was going on about. That apart, its a pretty good romp - way short of the Bourne it aspires to, yet...
