You are totally right. We heard about this problem, ie. some cards needing re-activating. What a cock up. We were luckily ok with our cards but would have been furious to get there and find there was a problem. You expect better and rightly so.

Wouldn't bet on it!! Doubt it - we had to email Barber about a serious issue and he didn't have the decency to reply, despite several attempts. Have heard same from others. Not good.

Totally agree with this.....but many people have short memories sadly.

Fully agree. May be if he tried taking his hands out of his pockets and looking slightly more interested it would be a start?! There is no way a coach/manager, whatever you want to call him, can build any sort of rapport with his players if he can't hold a full conversation with them. Simples!
