I guess Britannica has been American for a very long time despite the name, but I still find the disparity between US geography and world geography questions on this quite funny. I'm often taking wild guesses at the US questions, while the world ones are laughably easy.
A US geography question...
Am I really the only person who still remembers the build-up play to Enciso's goal? I get that all the clips online omit most of it, but surely everyone who saw it at the time hasn't forgotten it yet?
Been pondering the fact that Enciso's GotS from a couple of seasons ago couldn't have been scored by a Hürzeler team, but Mitoma's from this season* couldn't have been scored by an RDZ team.
*(if it doesn't get the official Premier League GotS award it's a swizz)
I'd prefer him to stay, but I wouldn't question the club if they decide otherwise. That 1-2-3-4 gesture in the 4-1 win against Palace last year was probably the most badass moment from a Brighton player since Rosenior's "chin up".
Reminded me of the 1-1 against City in which Enciso scored his goal-of-the-season. Then, as now, both teams went out determined to put on a good show despite the fact nothing significant was riding on it.
I suspect that once their careers are over, "which club had Caicedo and Mac Allister at the same time?" will be a pub-quiz question that mostly only Brighton fans will answer correctly
I can't remember the last time I saw a player swap deal actually happen. I know the rumour-mongers love to talk about them, but when was the last one that actually took place? Have there been any between top-flight English clubs this century?
Not having a go, just curious as to why this kind of...
The reffing was bad, but it wasn't quite Attwell-at-Spurs level. That remains the gold standard for "refereeing so bad it's indistinguishable from corruption" imo
I can't see it happening. But it's all about expectations really, isn't it? If we qualified for the Conference League this season, I'd be pleased because it'd feel like a prize we'd snatched at the death. If we'd ended up in the same competition under RDZ in 22/23, it would have felt like we'd...
Just tried this for the first time and it seems some people have higher scores despite not getting them all correct. How does that work? Is it really better to answer incorrectly fast than correctly a little later? Fwiw my time bonus was 1,070 points

I'm waiting for all those people who've spent the last 10+ years attacking "cancel culture" to take a stand against this, but they're all very quiet for some reason
Don't buy one from Tik-Tok. You'll be paying an inflated price to a dropshipper. Go to AliExpress or the manufacturer's own website if they have one. Also, these Chinese handhelds vary massively in quality from pure e-waste to incredibly good.
There's a YouTuber called RetroGameCorps who...
I'm more "on the fence" than "Fab out" so I probably shouldn't be answering, but fwiw I'd much prefer them to go for Glasner. I still haven't completely given up on the hope that things will click into place under FH -- after all, it wasn't that long ago that Glasner looked like another Palace...
You're conflating two very separate things. The club's long-term plan of buying and developing players on the one hand, and FH's nebulous "process" on the other that he constantly asks us to trust. I don't see anyone rejecting the former, only the latter.
