Very disappointed not to see videos on this thread of @hans kraay fan club belting it in from 50 yards out or @Bry Nylon doing an overhead kick Jahanbakhsh style into the back of the net tbh

Congrats Bart on assist of the season

Been pondering the fact that Enciso's GotS from a couple of seasons ago couldn't have been scored by a Hürzeler team, but Mitoma's from this season* couldn't have been scored by an RDZ team.

*(if it doesn't get the official Premier League GotS award it's a swizz)

I’m not sure that’s true. Enciso’s was a shot from distance, a bit like Baleba’s against West Ham? Mitoma’s was a long range pass from the goalkeeper, didn’t Steele occasionally play a long range pass under RDZ - or is my memory failing me?

Not failing you! He set up a great goal for, who was it now, oh yeah, Mitoma. (Brentford at home I think)

Am I really the only person who still remembers the build-up play to Enciso's goal? I get that all the clips online omit most of it, but surely everyone who saw it at the time hasn't forgotten it yet?

No, I remember it! 20+ passes pulling an excellent City team around the pitch, which then gives Enciso the time and space for his rocket - outrageous football ⚽

It made up for calling us Bournemouth in the analysis and claiming Eze had scored the winner against Brighton, in the Liverpool commentary
