Is it not the same as is being sung in this one at about 2:01?
Can't help with where it's from, but think it works really well. Remember it being on an old Fifa game, possibly about 98?!?
Love that vid too - good work from BHANorthy - nice reminder of a great atmosphere that day
There is one thing i would like to be included in the dress code - other teams colours... at the SCC final, there was a guy behind me in 1901 wearing Portsmouth FC jacket. I'm not passionaltely anti PFC, but FFS! Maybe you are a pompey fan, but like to watch the Albion, maybe even decided to buy...
Anyone remember back in the Gillingham days, Louise did a photo shoot in an Albion shirt and little else that was in the programme/Argus or somewhere like that???
Don't suppose anyone's got it still?
Live near Southampton, but NO WAY would it ever be them. And not Pompey or Palace either for obvious reasons.
Probably Fulham, good London club but not your typical plastic premiership side and never really had any rivalry with us (in my lifetime anyway), although poor surrport which would be a...
I totally agree with you windowlicker. They are such bunch of overpaid, posy t***. Agreed the albion don't always produce the quality either, but atleast they play with some commitment and determination - and that's despite being paid a fraction of the amount.
Playing for your country should...
Are they seriously all over 18???? I was on the running track at half time on sat and one came over and went into the stand. Looked 15 at best. Makes me worry what i'm watching pre match
Loads, Southampton away, Elphicks goal at Villa, taking a chelsea 'supporting' mate to Orient away and seeing the look on his face when he saw/heard our support, very few home games stand out to be honest.
If i had to pick one, it'd be Elphick's goal at Villa
Suprised to see so many Reading's. Is this based on the Div 2 title battle in 01/02??
I still see them as a tin pot club who are over achieving, even at championship mid table
Other than the Palarse (if them at all), which football league/conference club do you most dislike and why?
For me it has to be saints. Probably all started by the fact i've had to live in Southampton for 2 years now and put up with their hearing about them every day at work, but definitely...
Definitley be there. Plus bringing a mate who's (or thinks he is) a Chelsea fan. Can't wait for him to see what it means to properly support a team.
Any good away fans pubs near the ground?
I was gonna be travelling from Soton, but having seen there's engineering works and the cost, i'm gonna drive down to Brighton the night before and then travel up with mates from there. Shame as Soton to Brum is much easier than Brighton to Brum otherwise
I was in Bristol yesterday visiting a mate and he twisted my arm into going to watch Bristol City vs Ipswich. Admittedly it was dull game, but the atmosphere was shocking. Given the crowd was nearly double the average at withdean, i'd say they barely made any more noise. And the really suprising...
