    [Albion] Refuse to Lose...

Yes but I'm not sure how important that is when you consider we have to play all of the teams in the way.

    Yes this is particularly amusing.

Not for me. I think Alcaraz in 3 or 4. Djokovic is just not as physically capable to compete for 4 hours against the very much younger and very best anymore. No shame in that obviously.

    [Albion] Refuse to Lose...

Well we're not out of it, that's for sure, but top 5 is unlikely. I think we can assume Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City will all be good enough for the top 4. Chelsea ought to be too, but I'm not quite as convinced by them. Then you've got Forest, who are 10 clear of us with 16 to play. I...

Interesting start as Djok breaks but Alcaraz breaks back next game. Back on serve in the first set.

[Albion] Was forcing Sanchez out the worst decision our club has made in years?

Verbruggen, Ayari and Baleba all contributed to that goal being conceded. Comparing Verbruggen's contribution to that of Sanchez where his clown antics meant he dropped the ball rather than the easy decision of just putting his fist through it makes me feel you have an agenda against...

[Albion] Was forcing Sanchez out the worst decision our club has made in years?

I'm torn on Sanchez. His semi regular bloopers are hugely entertaining now that we've moved him on, but he was a good keeper for us over all - Palace away excepted. I do find it hilarious that the chavs - fans brought up on a diet of Petr Cech and Thibaut Courtois - are now having to watch...

[Albion] The importance of those two wins

To be fair, we have given up 2-0 leads in the final 7 minutes twice in one season. These things happen but to find two further 2-goal capitulations in the final 10 minutes, I reckon you'd have to trawl through two maybe even three seasons across the rest of the teams in the league combined.

    [Albion] Premier League 18-20/1/25

Hahahaha Someone on the BBC feed has asked how they have got 7 goalkeepers yet Sanchez is their best. Lolz

How much did we get for Sanchez again?

    Their keeper looks handy. :jester:

[Albion] Given the choice, beat Chelsea in the FA Cup and lose to them in the league or vice versa?

Cup, given the choice. This is a golden age for the Albion - we need to make it count by breaking our major trophy duck.

    [Albion] Positives from today

At half time against Ipswich, I was bemoaning Ayari wondering what on earth he does. He has been absolute class in the three halves of football since.

    [Football] West ham and Potter

I don't really understand why so many people have such extreme opinions on Potter. For me, the facts are that he took over a dysfunctional Hughton team and slowly changed the way we play,ed for the better, and blooded youngsters (as was his remit). We as fans were EXTREMELY patient with him...

    [Albion] Everton then

Win that, and we ARE in the mix for Europe again, especially with Forest v Bournemouth and Man City v Chelsea being played same weekend...

Unless Bournemouth finish top 5 and Spuz are relegated. Obviously I hope that doesn't happen. Well, the first bit anyway.

To be fair, the League Cup might paper over the cracks, assuming Spurs avoid relegation of course.

I think you'll find Georginio is not on the bench, as Rutter has replaced him last minute

The Nigels now not far behind us. Clearly a far better team than West Ham. As for West Ham, maybe their problems are not actually with their manager?
