Surprisingly quite a few IMO
Hart for Cesar
Cahill for Luis (who is awful)
Gerrard for Paulinho
Sterling for Oscar or Hulk
Rooney or Sturridge for Fred
Ten days to go before the World Cup kicks off, and we're still waiting for our tabloids to unearth the traditional dirt on the England players to ruin any sort of preparation. How many days before our salt of the earth journalists release some kind of trashy story?
Also, what will the story be...

Unbelievable this can happen in Western Europe these days.
If the squad numbers are to be believed, this is how England will line up:
1. Joe Hart, 2. Glen Johnson, 3. Leighton Baines, 4. Steven Gerrard, 5. Gary Cahill, 6. Phil Jagielka, 7. Jack Wilshere, 8. Frank Lampard, 9. Daniel Sturridge, 10. Wayne Rooney, 11. Daniel Welbeck,
Thoughts?
I was bored, so decided to do a league table on the four play-off teams. No huge surprises, but shows how much better Derby have been:
Team ----- Points ------GD
Derby -------12------- 3
QPR ---------8-------- -1
Brighton -----7-------- 0
Wigan -------7 ------ -2
The thing that surprised...
Was anyone else on the bendy bus that broke down on the A27 opposite the stadium? The driver wouldn't let anyone off, understandbly so, until someone kicked the back door open and everyone streamed out onto the road. It would make sense to have a drop-off area there anyway really
PIG - 6.5. Did what he had to do well.
Calde - 7. Typical Calde
Ward - 7.5. Recovered well from some awful early crossing
Greer - 7. With Upson, kept McCormack very quiet
Upson - 7. With Greer, kept McCormack very quiet
Ince - 9. Just a BEAST. Horrible to play against, & premier league quality...
Best of luck. I know a few people like this

With a new manager & coaching staff in place, pre-season was the time to impress. So who do you think has boosted their standing in the first team squad in comparison to last season?
Obviously Solly March, but it seems Maksimenko is in favour. Barnes has also stepped up a gear when needed too
Has anyone on here done the Yorkshire Three Peaks? I did it yesterday, and it was the hardest thing I've ever done - including the London marathon. Interested to hear other people's experiences of it
My wife took up running a couple of months ago, though she has always been fit and healthy, and has been inspired to run the marathon next year. I did one in 2000 but my back won't let me these days, otherwise I would be up for it.
Who else is inspired to run, for yourself or a charity close to...
My 4 year old daughter is really into princesses at the moment. Her favourites are Snow White & Sleeping Beauty as "they both sleep for 100 years". This got me thinking. If I was a dashing prince, which would I choose. NCS decides:
Snow White
Cinderella
Sleeping Beauty
Belle - Beauty &...
