There are two scenarios to consider.
1) If Chelsea loses to Betis OR finishes top 5, yes - 7th place team will be in the Conference League.
6+2+1 with Spurs/United and Palace, leaving 7 qualifying by league position.
2) If Chelsea beat Betis AND finish 6th or 7th, no - Chelsea take an EL slot...
