Why doesn't Dick answer those e-mails that might include criticism of the club? Is it because he gets too many of them? I find it quite suprising as any other business that receives letters from its customers reply as a matter of course!

Season ticket holders, like myself, had to wait for a letter (and at what expense) to get to me with a special number before I could buy my ticket online. Yet as a blue member, I can simply pick up the phone and buy from the ticket office. This latter idea is just brilliant, it might catch on...
