What meat will you be having at Christmas?

Rabbit to start, partridges for main. I'd agree about doing some research before cooking goose, you also need to make sure you drain the fat off abour 20 mins in as there is a lot of it. Venison is the meat of the gods, particularly served raw as a capaccio.

    Who was your MOTM?

So many positives from today but great to see Spanish Dave and Bruno show what they can really do after an indifferent season up to now. Conway and Ince outstanding and Bridcutt great as always. But tbh it was the improved passing and anticipation of the whole team that made today's match a joy...

Where's the most rugged Sussex views and landscapes?

Mrs El Abd's view of Adam's face? Sussex is beautiful but never really rugged.

    I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue

I'm signed up to the ISIHAC newsletter but didn't know this was coming to Brighton so thanks for posting this, two tickets booked! I never saw Humph but was lucky enough to be in the audience when they started it up again after his death, the host then was Stephen Fry. Great fun, love it, have...

    Work place overused sayings

"It's in the company's DNA" no it f**king isn't, a company doesn't have DNA, it doesn't reproduce, it isn't a living organism. This one REALLY winds me up. As someone who also works in IT I see this all the time, but mainly from consultants and business people who like to listen to...

    Work place overused sayings

The definition of a stakeholder on a project is anyone who is interested. But I agree, overused in the wrong context outside projects.

    Work place overused sayings

Where I used to work we had a lot of "wolf nearest the sledge" and "crocodile nearest the canoe" meaning solve the immediate problem first. Our team decided we had to kill the zombie nearest the door. One I hate is talking about resource when you mean people.

Your first ever Mobile Phone and what make and model was it?!

Also in my forties. The first mobile I had was the Nokia 5110 because it was affordable (not being £300). I stuck to cheap phones until they started having FM radios on them. I remember in the late 90s a friend of mine had a Nokia brick of some kind, but he could log onto the work mainframe...

Brighton Pub World Cup ***Group F***

The Regency had everything you could want from a pub, good service, fantastic landloard, great beer, free warm mince pies on Christmas Day if you popped up for a pre-lunch pint and completely over the top Christmas decorations. Still like the place but not the same since it was sold to Shepherd...

    Restaurant 2013

Had my hen do here specifically because a few of the (small) group hadn't been to a Michelin starred restaurant before. We were all treated like princesses. It's not stuffy at all, just very, very good; regardless of who you are the service is there to make you feel special. I don't think it's...

    Weekend in Paris

It was a small restaurant but yes, three separate groups, all on a weekend from Brighton. And the food wasn't anything like as good as Terre a Terre!
