So Hinshelwood is going backwards as his attacking stats are MARGINALLY down on last season. Yet Welbeck has his best attacking output ever and he is not improving either!? Lol what a troll.

Nonsense. If a player is playing at a high end EPL standard why would he be overtaken by others? If he is then we will be consistently a top 4 team. Hinshelwood is performing at borderline England call up levels, this season and last. His age is irrelevant.

I don't think it shows a significant decrease in attacking stats at all. Why should he be improving? He was ready and comfortable when he came into the the first team. If he never improves he will have a great EPL career with a good number of England caps.

I wouldn't count one game for any player as a metric for their whole season. The stats show exactly what I said. He has looked as good as last year. He has not gone backwards like people claim.

On what planet or utterly mad reality are you in to think Hinshelwood has struggled this season in the slightest? He has been a consistent performer all year and has looked as comfortable and solid as he did last year.

None isn't. He would be a solid squad player.

Why because he has had some poor genes!? It's a crazy knee jerk reaction.

Would also bet they would be complaining about lack of investment in the squad it not paying enough for players or keeping their top players when big offers come in. It works both ways.

He is doing ok. We are aiming to be a top ten team. We are tenth and a few points of 8th and up. What's wrong with that? We are exactly where we expect to be.

We lose a few games and people want to strip our longest current serving player of the captains armband!? Get a grip people or go back to watching a big 6 club. Dunk should be captain until he retires. End of conversation.

Yeah it's a poor run. But it's only 3 or 4 games as you said. That's no reason to start turning on the players and even the long serving club captain. It's ridiculous. We are tenth. That's about par for where we are.

People have been very whiney and entitled recently. We are not having a bad season. Not a good one either. Just an average one. The bed wetting over an average season does make us look entitled and give us a poor reputation. Get a grip people and get behind the team.

When did I say that? This is just ONE injury and ONE player. Not all of them. There has been a decline in Dunk's health since that period, I don't think it is crazy to see a link.

You don't think being made to play through injuries has any affect at all then?

I am not blaming him for everything. All I am saying is Dunk was not injury prone in the slightest before that season he played through injuries. Since then he seems to be picking the up regularly. I think he just needs a good rest and we will see him back to his best.
