yep I was thinking the ball playing out of defence as he has been described as more of a hoofer than a passer. Also offside line, marking from corners etc etc.
I am still hopelessly optimistic though!
Does the new fella speak english/scottish? Also its pretty late to throw in a CB as thats clearly a very tactical position. Hope he doesn't make a bit of a mess of things and lose confidence! Make a mistake as a striker and nobody notices, as a CB it could easily be a goal.
I would be happy with a load of money plus Williamson for Dunk. Seems logical that we can play the German fella instead. And use money for wingers and a luxury AMEX player who gets kicked around too much in away games!
not too hard, i am reasonably fit and didn't struggle too much until got close to basecamp ~5300m, a bit of a headache and it was slow going getting up Kala Pattar but of course I managed to race everyone in the group and get up first. so two hard days and the rest of it just moderate effort
ooo I did this 3 years ago, amazing. group trek with about 10 randoms. about 30 Sherpas. cost about £1100. 21 days for the whole thing.
The flights weren't running from Kathmandu to Lukla so we had to charter a chopper for about another $100 each.
Went up to Kala Patar which is just above...
He was on trial at Ipswich last week. Guess that means he wasn't good enough for them. Next he'll go to Rotherham for a week and he'll probably find his level at somewhere like Crawley.
Hardly inspiring.
Depressing on here at the moment. But I am sure most of us are already looking to next season. And I can feel the optimism stirring. Pretty soon it will feel like a new season in Football Manager - where anything is possible.
For me I am just waiting for a message from Tony or Barber telling us...
Why does he get in the England U21 side?
Something about their style of play must suit him. I watched one game when he played and he seemed to just hold deepish and mop things up.
