A bit of character is needed for next season. Noone is too big to get relegated to L1. Albion need to stand up to these teams, as I mentioned before I think the newbies may struggle to adjust like Leeds did. Narwich and Southampton certainly don't have too much money to improve their squads.

Managers are judged on results, so if it all goes wrong then it would not be a surprise to see a change. However, if RS can motivate the team the way he did to get BHA out of the mire this season then anything is possible. Let's be honest, we were all resigned to League 2 when he took over. So...

Narwich are in a mess and all the money has gone. They will need to find their feet if they get relegated and I think they will struggle. I hope they go down, that means two local away games for me next season (plus Col U).
