With the quality of the teams coming down. Will this make our division as difficult to get out of as wining the premiership.? Have our benefactors the money for a)promotion or b) survival . Lets face it £notes will be needed !!!!

Compared to us winning the Premiership, I would say winning League One would be easier, wouldn't you say!

I think over recent years things have had a knock on effect.
The championship is almost like the old 1st division and L1 is slowly turning into the old division 2. The conference is certainly like the old 4th division

A bit of character is needed for next season. Noone is too big to get relegated to L1. Albion need to stand up to these teams, as I mentioned before I think the newbies may struggle to adjust like Leeds did. Narwich and Southampton certainly don't have too much money to improve their squads.

I think Southampton, and Carlton especially are going to find it hard. Southampton will be starting on at least -10 and more then likely -25. Add to that they are going to have to offload a lot of players because either they will not be able to afford their wages or the players will have relegation clauses. Carlton will be the same except for the points deduction.

Add to that the fact that the kind of football that is played in the league is different and more physical, I think think they will not walk the division like their fans seem to think.

Difficult yes but remember we took 4 points off the Champions this season and might as well been have been managed by a blind man for 85% of the season. It would take something special to get promoted but it's by no means impossible, the "big" teams are in our division because they are not good enough for the Championship. We don't want to go down the Micky Adams route of being awestruck by the names of clubs..

That's right we will be playing these teams by merit of being in the same division as them. So according to the way the football league works in this country we are good enough to play them.

Look how Peterboro and MKD have stormed our Division this season.
Are Brentford, Wycombe and Exeter capable of doing the same ?...personally, I don't think so.
Of the three coming down, Charlton actually finished the season in the best form and may start the best.
I see no reason why we shouldn't be in the top half of the table, with an eye on the play-offs.
