I would like to say that I fly in by private helicopter, but really my fate lies in the rail service and of course my wife who picks me up if the trains have all stopped running.
Loved the Goldstone, the day's of the old slam shut train doors, the walk up to the ground from Hove station, all the people walking through the streets, seeing the programme sellers, rosette stalls etc, going through the old turnstiles getting to your favourite spot in the North, the singing...
NYE always spent with family at home either at our house or another's, so we can all include the kids as well.
