I cannot remember the name of the restaurant (Los Toneles rings a bell) but there is a fantastic one adjacent to Xatvia metro station opposite the bull ring. It is literally just past McDonalds and before you reach Hotel Sorolla on the right hand side. Both for Seafood lovers and meat eaters...

Eastbourne has gone down hill in recent years, for sure - but hasnt most towns? I can only echoe what most have said on here.... avoid Shinewater, Langney, Hampden Park, Willingdon Trees, and anywhere near Asda. Meads and parts of old town are ok, the latter full of little sh1ts to be honest...
