Ah... I didn't realise he was back in the squad for their knockout games!

I still think that is the biggest banana skin for us - Betis are a solid team.

Won’t be an easy game but hopefully Chelsea will be spurred on from finishing 7th and knowing that winning the Conference is their only route into the Europa League. Betis are in the Europa next season no matter what.

Betis have had their game moved forward to Friday evening giving them two extra days to prepare for the final, much to Chelsea’s chagrin. Clearly the best course of action now is for them to play the kids on Sunday to make sure their senior players are well rested for the final.

Guaranteed Chelsea have asked to move the game, but with so much depending on the Forest game Sky will want it as the main game I'm sure.
Believe rules also dictate all games MUST KO together so as not to give another team an advantage.

Getting our act together for the run-in, grabbing 8th, only to have Europe scuppered by Palace and Chelsea is a very, very Brighton thing to do.
(Yes, yes.. we should have nailed Europe off our own backs a long time ago... but still.. those two clubs FFS).

If they (by they I mean the owners) had to choose to win only one game, it would be Forest.

Gives them Champions League football. ££££££££££££££££££££

With the Conference League (only) gives them Europa League.

Yes I know, the PL is much more important for them. I was being facetious based on their moaning about Betis getting to rest for a couple of extra days when Chelsea’s focus should be elsewhere.

Forest could well best Chelsea - but Man Utd need to beat Villa - so Villa go 7th and Chelsea 6th - who then need to win their game in Poland ...

Plus Man City and Newcastle win all their games too

Man Utd don’t need to beat Villa for us ?? Villa just need a draw as a minimum at Old Trafford providing forest beat Chelsea. That’s our only route to Europe there are no other methods
