He’s the same age group as my lad, so I’ve been following his progress for quite a while. This kid just has it. Think he’ll be first team squad full time next season. The reactions of the squad towards him at the end spoke volumes.

Howell made his PL debut today at the age of 17 years and 29 days.
Ferguson's PL debut was as a sub against Burnley when he was 17 years and 123 days (his first team debut had, of course, come before his 17th birthday against Cardiff CIty in the Carabao Cup).

I’ve heard of/seen all of those play except Dean Elder, who I’ve got no recollection of even hearing of him and have they missed Ian Chapman off that list, sure he made his debut at 16 ?
