I watched ‘Shot Caller’ last night. Pretty good prison thriller with a few surprises in the story. Jamie Lannister from GoT in the lead role.

I renewed TV package today, which was going to go to up to £108. Same selections as you but no sky cinema, £75 per month for 2 years. No admin fee. I’m happy enough with that, used the chat feature on their website this time rather than calling.

Streaming of music and film is the way forward. DVD/BluRay player certainly handy, depends how precious you are about you old physical collection.

I have a pair of play 1s in my lounge, really pleased with them. I reckon an echo would probably do the job in a bedroom or a small kitchen, and they are less than half the price of Sonos. They integrate quite well so you can mix it up.

I haven’t checked but would imagine the app subscription works with laptop, (any OS) and all the usual Android or IOS devices. After that there are multiple ways to get it on your TV, hdmi cable for laptop, tv stick/Apple TV/native Tv mirroring etc..
