Myself and sheebo are getting back into our running. The marathons and Half's seem a long way off but hopefully get up to 10k's before to long !

Anybody doing Beachyhead Marahon Saturday? It will be my 3rd Marathon after the last two Brighton Marathon's. I have not trained nearly enough for this, so am going to treat it as a bit of fun and am going to run walk it. It has a 9 hour cut off so hopefully will get my medal !

Massive congrats to sheebo on his PB in the Poppy Half Saturday in what can only be described as horrendous conditions! I was just pleased to get round in in under 2 hours. Anybody doing the Brooks 10k in Brighton this Sunday? If so I will see you there :clap2:

I did Brigton in April, so far my only one although have entered Brighton and the London ballot for next year. Did Brigton in 4 hours 19 mins 24 secs.

First marathon completed in 4.19.24. Hit wall about 21 miles and last 5 odd miles was once of the toughest things I have ever done ! During them miles I promised myself 'NEVER AGAIN' but now already considering another ! Will enter the London ballot, but failing that will enter the Brighton...

Last little 4 miler tonight brfore Sunday. Nearly there !
