Can’t wait, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried that we might get a stuffing if Leeds score early.

To those questioning looking up the difference between our current position and climbing up 3-4 places is around £5m-£7m in prize money which at the end of a financially tough season would help a lot

The frustrating thing is that it’s only a fine line from having a few of those ridiculous smash and grabs and draws going our way to having a very GOOD season. The fine margins are ridiculous. That’s why I think Tony will have no issues going forward.

- Just imagine us not being robbed by Palace
- Beating Man Utd at home (pen not given, 5 shots hitting wood work, post FT pen)
- Brom VAR craziness and 2 missed pens
- and just a few of our many many draws (which we dominated) being converted to wins.

We’d quite comfortably be in the top 10. Yeah I know, “woulda coulda”, but this is not a case we could have made the past few seasons, or any of our PL seasons in fact.

Sure. It didnt happen though and this means the season didnt go the way people would have hoped.. No one is going to say (or at least mean) that they are "happy" with the season, though its far from a disaster - any season where Brighton stay up will not be considered a "disaster" for many years to come. But happy? No.

As for Bloom and Potter, TB wont sack him. Performances overall has been ok, the squad is developing and there is no way a mature intelligent man like him will point at any specific individual (DA, GP or player) and blame it on him. The project continues. Hopefully, and as I see it probably, things will be better next season. If not, its likely going to be a different story.

We haven’t been stuffed by anyone this season... we draw a lot mainly.

That guarantees absolutely nothing :lolol:

I have followed this club long enough to never be anything than negative pre match. For the first time in years I predicted we’d hammer Sheffield United..that went well. I am reverting to type.

Not denying or ignoring the financial benefits of being higher up the league at all - it's just that the very act of looking upwards means we lose the match and the opportunity!

So why didnt Vardy have to leave the pitch after the trainer was called on to treat his ankle?

Because the injury was inflicted by a foul deemed worthy of a card - I think that changes it.

Thanks, but i've never heard that one before, but they have just confirmed the red card was for last man denying a goal scoring opertunity

Can shows on Amazon be recorded? I can't seem to find a way to set it up.

Depends on your set up (have you got a fire stick plugged into a set top box that can record?). However Amazon usually make matches available on demand for a while afterwards.

...which is stupid because Vestergaard kicked the ball away from Vardy, meaning he couldn't possibly have scored even if he hasn't been tackled. Poor decision in my book.
