Are you still a DelBoy character from the 80s with a big white van?

Have you not heard of wine merchants?

That's even funnier ! I think you have whooshed yourself here.... Do you often visit " Wine Merchants " then ? there were a lot more of them about in the '80s though.

Looks like Starmer/Labour will back the deal ... sensible if they want to try and rebuild trust with the Red (now Blue) wall seats.

Bloody Worthing!
This Remain fangirl isn't claiming victory. We have left the best deal we could have had with more opt outs than any other country for a piece meal deal which doesn't do anything for the man in the street.

It comes down to a cost-benefit analysis. The costs are to some extent predictable through various models; the benefits are largely in the eyes of the beholders all of whom have been issued with rose coloured spectacles.

This is what I've always thought until................Mrs GNT's new passport arrived with a BLUE cover. B-llocks to logic and pragmatism, I'm with the blue passport brigade now!

Well done Boris.

A deal has been done. We keep our sovereignty, to be able to make our own rules & laws with no tariffs.

Fantastic news to end a tough year

Terrific news! What a year 2021 is going to be - and that's before you realise that the Oxford vaccine will have us all back at Falmer by spring watching sparkling football as a litany of lessons learned inevitably results in an impressive run of home wins and a top ten finish!

Boris gets stuff done.

Perhaps the sweat brothers on here will look forward to progression in 2021.

Let's all pull together.

But you don’t get to make your own rules with no tariffs? If you diverge too much from EU standards then you get hit. Did you overlook this important part of the deal?
