Don't get me wrong, I think if we fail to beat either Fulham or Sheffield United people will really start to turn. And I think they'd be well within their rights to.

But ask yourselves: what are our options if we sack him? Just look at the shortlist for the WBA job, it's enough to send shivers down your spine.

what "rights" .......the only rights we have are to support the team or not ......sure it's frustrating , i'm not sure what's wrong with Maupay , he's a great player but his nose is out of joint about something , what's going to happen if Andone comes back into the mix ....?? having said that Fulham had Liverpool at full stretch the other night and are probably spewing they didn't beat us , i remember in the 80's we'd piss and moan about shit performances on the terraces , trains and in the boozers but now people have the ability to spout their opinions on all manner of social media .....we have no "rights" in regard to turning on the manager , that is Tony Blooms right and the rest of the board.

I think our record hasn't been good enough. 6 wins in 37 is abysmal. As is two home wins in a calendar year, pandemic or not. So if people did turn, I'd understand, is all I'm saying.

Personally, I still believe in the potter project here, and god knows it's a million miles from where we used to be, so I'm happy to bear with it, partly due to a lack of decent alternatives.

As you've pointed out, lots of interesting things could happens between now and the end of the season and of course any final decisions rest with the board, but as the paying customers that we're told we are, I would get it if people started to think that the progress made by potter, or lack thereof, wasn't good enough.

don't get me wrong , i have to sit in the boozer with lester , everton , spurs , leeds , villa (ffs villa:cry:) and of course utd , liverpool and arsenal fans ,the only ones i have any comeback for currently are utd and arse , all obviously armchair fans but knowledgable non the less , the lester lads have adopted us as their second team , one of them is a professional punter and studies the form weekly and he is a confused as i am why we just can't get results , i am of the firm opinion that something is going on behind the scenes , spats , division, call it what you will but i'm pretty sure we are capable of a lot better results , i and a lot of other fans are at a loss to understand our lack of composure and general intent to score more goals than the opposition on a regular basis , going down this year would be a disaster for all the investors so hopefully something changes soon......UTA :albion2::albion2::albion2:

We should have taken the lead. We didn't.

We should in the previous game. We didn't.

There is a trend emerging.

We can't be a club that sits back on the statistics and then just assumes it will all come good. This is why the club hung onto Hyypia for so long - the stats were looking good, except for the one that had us bottom of the league.

I don’t know about the stats but that seems like rewriting history. The team was an utter shambles under Hyypia.

Not quite. If you go back, the management kept saying that the stats suggested that Hyypia would come good.

Talking of statistics, aren't we now breaking our own records for longest run of home games without a win?

Still in.

If even a couple of our players had any semblance of confidence in front of goal, we’d be top 10. Potter has to get players’ shooting confidence back - I’m sure some NSC sage will know how he’s meant to do that because I have no idea.

Can we all just be honest he hasn’t had enough experience at this level and it shows, once the opposition manager makes a tactical change and the pretty passes stop being effective we are done for. Bilic, Rodgers, Hasenhutel, Wilder......
