The club have already announced how the tickets will be allocated. Its a draw pure and simple. No "fair" way of doing this, someone is always going to upset at how its done.

I can't wait to see what Palace do. They get crowds of, what, 24,000, 25,000 (including away fans, who presumably won't be allowed yet). Let's say 22,000 home fans.

What are the odds that, if they are permitted a crowd of 2,000, the Always Ultras miraculously all get drawn out of the hat for each game?

I've just had a thought.

I do all my 'business' with the club through my account.
When this first came up I grouped myself with 15 year old Jnr Stat, happy days, I didn't think any more about it.

But do I also need to group Jnr's account with mine? Back the other way, if you like.
(Logging into his never used My Albion account is proving difficult)

Is it currently possible for Jnr to 'win' one ticket, in the lottery, as his S/T isn't grouped with mine?

It says under 12's must be accompanied by an adult.

I’m guessing the hat used by Palace will be a baseball cap or something equally chavvy.

You only need to do it one way, I guess if you logged on as your son you would see the order, it shows in your account like buying a ticket does

Aren't you automatically entered into the ballot, and you can then choose to join a group? I thought that was the default, you could opt out if you wanted ???

Did they change it then because I thought the only ones eligible to opt out were those that were required to shield under the Government guidelines. Can't remember whether PB agreed to change it after that Q and A!

I think most forget or don’t realise how few grounds can cope with the fans transport, so many are bang in the middle of residential or city centres where there’s little or no parking. The Amex is probably the most Covid safe ground in the division in terms location, size and facilities. Off the top of my head only us, St Mary’s and Old Trafford could cope with all the logistics required.

Tell me it is not a realistic worry though!?
Imagine 4k fans that booed Barnes taking a penalty FOR US! Not really a help is it.

I’m pretty sure there weren’t 4K stupid enough to boo Barnes. I also think some were booing the decision (no excuse) as a quick reaction as we’d missed a load previously. I certainly don’t remember boos but am told there were some. Not seen many incidents like that though have we - in the whole, like most clubs, it’s a vocal minority who get carried away and stupid..! Those that are going will be die hards for sure and I think it’ll be excellent support as it was v Chelsea in a FRIeNDLY remember!

Selhurst too, the shiny new main stand is well ventilated.

Debatable. You could argue that the Amex is the least COVID safe given its heavy reliance on public transport. At city center grounds there is plenty of parking through apps like Just Park.

You just know it’ll happen and they’ll stand together for the attention. They ****in ate sky spowts too - I saw a video of them singing it in a housing estate once, so they won’t wanna watch at home. Of course beaky will hand them all tickets for them & their mates ( forgetting he’d promised to ban most of them after they broke into the Amex. There will then be huge arguments on their shitty boards again about their preferential treatment. Then CPFC2010 and beaky will be investigated as they’d said the draw was random, their latest corruption will come to light and they’ll be fined £3mil and deducted 15 points...

Then to prove a point, the always ultras will travel over to the FA HQ with their crayorlas to prove a proppa point but get the wrong building and accidentally vandalise a random solicitors and be arrested and fined £80k for the damage.

Hopefully.

As long as the 4k are actual fans and not picked form the NSC moaner brigade. Otherwise it will just be 4k people groaning if we make a pass, swearing all sorts of abuse at March and whatever scapegoat they have picked out during their time away.
4k actual supportive fans would be great though.

You do realise many Albion fans go nowhere near this forum.....oh and many football fans also have the occasional moan. :)
