Daily Mail linking him to us on an initial loan deal with option to buy. He's scored 4 goals in Ligue 1 this season, seems like a physical target man option but hardly the most prolific in a worse league. Probably nothing in it but he fits the profile of what we're looking for?

That article says that agent Mark Mackay has been tasked with selling him to an English club, he was the dodgy dealer involved in the tragic Sala transfer to Cardiff, who booked the illegal flight.

The Amiens manager was Union SG manager last season ( he left for a 'higher league' opportunity, wasn't sacked ) and clearly has a line of communication open to Bloom and possibly Deputy Barber.
Yet Amiens get an agent to offer the player to us ?

Samatta is their only fit option and unproven in PL And he's off to the AFCON. Reports say they are after more and are pursuing Giroud.... This fella though? Probably right that it's fishing
