And all polls on a GE have the Tories ahead so I think your second wish may well not happen.

So the right thing to happen democratically is a Tory coalition of sorts, and us staying in the EU. I could live with that, as it would be the “will of the people” :lolol:

Did I say it would be me? Spanner.

What form do you think these consequences on the streets will take?

I mean it’s not much of an issue. It’s what we have police and army for and Johnson’s water canons, you’d soon get put back in your place.

No idea. Uncharted waters, but there would, I fear, be many unhappy campers out there.

Shocker; A leave voter has no idea.

But not you? If not you then who?

Clue: a couple of skin’ed boozehounds who will march a mile to the nearest boozer shouting mildly racist things on the way. Pffft

As there are now, given an illegal referendum is being forced on a population who don’t agree with the result.

Unhappy people either way.

I do hope so. I am deeply concerned about the consequences 'on the streets' should the powers that be turn around one day and say "you know what, it's not worth it and we might as well stay in the EuroGang".

Many want that, but I seriously would worry about that, and the rise of 'extreme' parties that will otherwise disappear.
The sad reality. We made a moral contract with the population that if they said we should leave the EU we would do so.

We have to be the best we can be and do just that.

It doesn't matter if people were thick, racist or conned. It doesn't matter if we don't understand the reasons. It doesn't really even matter that malign foreign actors meddled away in the background.

We said it, we do it.

But we do it in the best, least damaging way.

And then we fix what needs fixing. Fast.

The last thing we need is Farage and worse a Farage-- gaining ongoing influence with their snake oil.

Have you ever considered a career in journalism? Brilliant insight.

So basically you are implying that there will be violence on the streets but when pressed your response is

“No idea, not me, don’t know what will happen”

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the man with the amazing jelly spine.

Farage long ago talked about a 'wrath' and 'uprising', the like of which has never been seen before in this country if it didn't happen, but for some reason he's all gone a bit quiet on that of late.

I have to say the highly successful 'March for Leave' (aka the Gammonball run) in the spring before the first Brexit deadline looked truly terrifying.

It does matter how it was conducted. It really does.

Looks like a pensioners rambling society. Even a brown road sign in there! Lovely stuff.
