Don’t fret champ. Any future decision to Rejoin the EU given by referendum can simply be ignored and we stay OUT of the EU instead. Those are the new rules now (set by remoaners).
Enjoy what you preach.

Indeed, we've already had two democratic votes for leaving the EU. The new standard set by our remoaner friends means it should take at least three to get us back in ....

PA news agency has filed this report from the Court of Session in Edinburgh, where a cross-party group of around 70 MPs and peers have launched emergency legal action in a bid to stop Boris Johnson proroguing parliament:

Aidan O'Neill QC, representing the petitioners, said the prorogation was "unprecedented" and the petitioners are invoking the court's "constitutional jurisdiction."

He said: "Prorogation is being used to create something which is irreversible, that the UK will be made to leave the EU deal or no deal, do or die, and Parliament is being prevented by abuse of the power of prorogation from doing anything about it.

"There are no precedents for the abuse of prorogation.

"The power of prorogation is not one which is unlimited or unfettered but has to be used in accordance with public trust."

Mr O'Neill said the Queen should be obliged to recall the prorogation order if it turned out to be based on an error of law.

He said: "If the court is satisfied that the advice to the sovereign given yesterday that Parliament be prorogued is in fact found to be an abuse of power based on an error of law, then there should be an obligation on the sovereign to recall that order of prorogation because the sovereign is not above the law."

Before yesterday's announcement, the group had already filed a petition at the Court of Session in an effort to stop Johnson from being able to prorogue parliament.

Today's hearing is to seek an interim edict to stop the black the PM's request to suspend parliament before the full case is heard on Friday, 6 September.

The case is being heard by Lord Doherty.

May as well be heard by Pete Doherty

Don't forget that very nearly half the electorate (or plebs, if you prefer) are more stupid than the average person.

I'm not sure I would want them defining my future

You don't have to worry.Your stupid mates lost the referendum and the will of the majority will triumph.Leave does mean Leave.

I won't apologise for not wishing to see the poor suffering more than they already do.

It stems from breaches of the GFA.

When A50 was voted for, it was part of legislation that any Brexit does not affect the GFA. If it does, it is technically unlawful.

And as the Sovereign is not above law, the queens speech must be withdrawn.

Love it, I really do. The BBC and guests floundering with hope and ideas for obstruction, Remoaners spitting on brexiteer Mps. Demonstrating remainers displaying evidence of terrorism/extremism. Remainers are a spent lost force. Your arguments do not stack up at all!

Although a remainer vote was out and any government had to act on this. However with so many different views with MPs impossible whoever is PM to get any vote through. Europe knows this and wont give an inch. Boris has done right thing. Hopefully Europe now knows we are willing to come out without a deal and will give a little. Otherwise just come out and use the £30b that was part of deal to prop up what is needed.

I have a feeling had a customs union been presented to the house as a result of cross party collaboration, it would have taken all the tribalism out of the equation and would have got a majority, and we'd be out as we speak.

The ERG would not have been happy about it, but they would not have been required for a majority as the opposition parties would have voted in favour alongside the Tory whip.

Truro
Wow, I know the world's gone crazy, when I see my wife on News at Ten between Jeremy Corbyn and Laura Kuenssberg. Couldn't spot myself in the crowd, but a good turnout at Truro this morning.

Please will you rewrite this to make it more intelligible.

What do you love?
What do you mean the 'BBC and guests' are floundering?
Do you have details, source/s and context for 'Remoaners spitting on brexiteer Mps'?
On what basis do you conclude Remainers are a spent force and have arguments that do not 'stack up'?

You make some baffling unsubstantiated comments!

There's a lot of inane babble in the above quote (not surprising given the author), but the bolded part is particularly interesting; what has happened that is evidence of terrorism? Or has this come from the Donald Trump book of hyperbole? Gotta love a drama queen.
