Aye aye calm down sunshine

This quote does look slightly ominous but as you say how would he know

Once big moves start happening, you wouldn't believe the domino effect that has on all the rest of us," Johnson told BBC Radio Bristol.
"I expect there to be stories from Ashton Gate, both ins and outs. Webby has done fantastically well, but the market is the market.
"The value of the player, given a lot of the stuff that goes on in the domino effect, is always there.
"Nobody is unsellable, but at the same time you have got to be ready, and I won't recommend that we move anybody on if we don't feel like we have a succession plan," Johnson continued.
"I'm probably not quite as confident [of keeping Webster] as I was but that's mainly due to the sheer level of interest, and it's not just in Webby."

Do you feel that we’ll sign a first team ACM or box to box CM’er?

Last season combo’s of Propper and Bissouma, or Gross and Propper (with Stephens as the out and out DM), failed to create, score and were more often than not outpaced by their opponents.

Our main weakness in many supporters eyes.
My thoughts too - but the way Potter seems to be going about things, with Alzate, Baluta and Sanders still hovering around the first team squad, I'm beginning to wonder if that's the way we're heading.

Yes, I know - our U23s are nowhere near being up to scratch;
They have no PL experience;
We'll never play them while there are over 25s available;
You can't win anything with kids;
If we put any of those in the team we'll be relegated before Christmas. Definitely. Some people on NSC actually know this.

I accept all these points, but ......................................... the way Potter seems to be going about things, with Alzate, Baluta and Sanders still hovering around the first team squad, I'm beginning to wonder if that's the way it's heading.

And Kayal.
Yep. It’s a gap but I expect Bissouma to feature more.

Brian Owen in Argus this morning

Webster - getting close
Maupay - remains of interest.
Dunk - not linked to Webster. “Focused on new season at Albion”
Hemed, Balogun, Connolly, Clarke - moves/loans - “open to enquiries”

https://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/17804974.albion-bring-adam-webster-back-sussex/

All makes complete sense, interesting omission of the En-nesyri rumour though which seems to have a lot of legs in the Spanish press.

Busy week ahead [emoji33][emoji33]

Really don`t get why we signed Clarke if we are going to loan him straight out again, especially if Potter does like to play with 3 centre halves, get rid of Balogun.
