Why are you so desperate for me to tell you what you'd probably try to belittle me for? I have one passion, and one only. It is called democracy, it is called the winner, or loser, whatever. There seems to be very little appetite for democracy from some of you, it's quite sad really.

I can interject whatever I want to but I don't have to tell you anything I don't want to. There is some kind of desperation to garner as much information as possible from remainers towards brexiteers. Personally I couldn't give a toss what side of the fence you, or anyone else are on. We still, just, only just, have democracy in this country. The right to a private vote, and we have the right to withhold which way we vote to other people. THAT is democracy, THAT is our right. When you finally understand that I talk of democracy and not the EU vote then you may understand where I am coming from. All the time you automatically assume I am a brexiter because I don't like your undemocratic view, I'm afraid I am not the person to be the angst of your fury. Watching remainers constantly b*tch is quite depressing, you wouldn't do this if Brighton lost to a disputed penalty, why do it when remain loses a vote?

I have no rage at all, just a desire to understand why people voted a certain way. It's not wrong, surely, to ask questions if people make a statement?

So ask someone that revealed their way of voting and try to understand, I've said it often enough, I am pro democracy, my ballot paper was private, I have no reason to tell you anything I don't want to.

I offered a vote at the referendum, whether I was on the winning or losing side is of no consequence. What I do understand, we are dangerously close to losing our democracy. And I am totally ashamed to watch remainers not accepting a vote. Totally.

The bit I don't get, and this is a genuine question, asked in peace: If democracy is such a virtue, if there were a second vote on the issue when why would that be less valid given that things have moved on in 3 years and people have had a chance to see what has occurred since? Would it not give the electorate the chance to possibly cement their views, and if either side are so sure of the outcome (either remain or leave) that they should not be worried about the outcome?

For the record, I voted remain but now I'm so sick of this I just want progress, regardless of the direction.
