simple really, if a player appears to be serious injury they should be off for medical attention for 3-5 minutes to be attended to, while the game continues.

i know not workable or fiar for a general injury, something need to be done. more signifcant punishments, multiple game bans, on review might work but by then the damage may have been done.

I'm not sure what Leeds did wrong there. The ref should only stop play for a head injury, Leeds were perfectly within their rights to carry on playing. Brighton did something similar earlier in the season (can't remember the opposition) and I can't remember anyone on here saying that we should have stopped play.

Still, should make for a feisty play-off game if they meet.

Just tuned into Sky and saw most of what happened. Sort of fun game any supporter would want to be at. Bamford is a cheat and should get a retrospective red and miss the play offs. I said I liked Bielsa and could do a job for us but he doesn't speak a word of English which for me is a big no no.

Should we make a move for Bielsa in the Summer?

When we did it, it was in response to blatant cheating from the opposition trying to stop an attack. This was nothing like it.

I’m pretty sure Burnley and Cardiff both did it once leading at the Amex when winning. Not that needed extra help to beat us.

Playacting cheating is rife on the Continent too, accepted by all, so sadly it’s probably here to stay.

Not sure I can see what Leeds did wrong there, unless the accusation is that the pass was somehow sneakily disguised as the ball being put out of play. Personally I'd be delighted to see us play on and leave it to the ref to stop play. Far too much feigning injury as a timewasting tactic.

Bamford is a prick, though.

in all that i missed what Bamford did and why 22 was off - presumably Bamford is the one on his arse and 22 was supposedly the offender? didnt see the 22 in the group, so did the linesman call the wrong man? messy.

on the goal though, play to the whistle even if you expect ball to go out, play until it has actually gone out.

Yes they were BUT implying you were stopping and then carrying on is a bit naughty. Clever but naughty.

Not within the spirit though. Leeds players will know that if they don't put the ball out when an opponent is injured then other teams are likely to do the same for them when they are on the deck.

Fair play to Bielsa but I wonder whether he would have done the same had a win had more relevance to automatic promotion!

I would. Let's swap our manager who got us up and looks like keeping us up for 2 seasons for a self confessed cheat who has failed to get Leeds up when perfectly placed. Makes perfect sense.

Let's keep our current manager and watch more anti football and relegation - assuming we stay in the PL - whatever keeps a few of you happy.
