She's buying Labour MP's now to vote for her deal. 'Investing/regeneration' funds are coming in their leave voting constituencies. Just saw John Mann on Sky News - he's game.
The obvious conclusion is that they assumed we'd be outside the EU but inside a customs union - which is pretty much the Labour party's view too. It is only the Tories that are stupidly ruling out staying inside the customs union to appease the ERG lunatics in parliament and similar-minded clowns now overrunning the Conservatives in the provinces, having returned from UKIP in their droves.

It makes sense why the ERG are so against the backstop - it stuffs their *no deal* plan for leaving at the end of the May deal transition period ( with a new ERG PM ).
If the May deal goes through we need a labour Government to keep the ERG far, far away from the next phase. And that means even the unelectable Corbyn must somehow get in.

Fishermen in Hastings believed leaving the EU meant they'd catch more fish and still be able to sell them all tariff free in Boulogne-sur-Mer as per now. The leader of Hastings Borough Council told them this would not be case post Brexit for example, but they wouldn't listen.

Absolutely none. However, with other foodstuffs in short supply, we might have a market for more of their catch than usual. Other nations fishermen will fish under licence I expect, doing nothing for UK fishermen or industry, but will put a few quid in the treasury.
There are two problems with that. Firstly, the fish we eat (cod and haddock mainly) are generally imported so we'd have to get used to eating other species. Second, if there's suddenly a glut of one type of fish in the UK, the prices will come down (by the law of supply and demand) so fishermen won't get the same price as they would selling abroad.

Belgian fishermen on the BBC news worried that if they catch fish in British waters post-Brexit,they will be subject to extra checks as imports from non-EU waters.Perhaps they could sell them in Newhaven-sur-mer,or Shoreham-sur-mer?

No. She's an elected MP and Labour has no power to sack her. It's the same principle as an MP switching parties, the party he/she leaves has no jurisdiction.
If the sentence is a certain length (a year I believe), the MP is compelled to resign

touching on supply/demand dynamic, what should happen is either the price lowers until offsets the tariff and continues to sell in the export market, or the export market soaks up the tariff with a price rise, possibly reducing volume slightly. most likely combination. the idea there would suddenly be thousands of tons of product unsold is unrealistic, the Spaniard will still want their fresh fish.
