Haven't been to either but City's stadium looks far more like a football stadium on the telly box than West Ham's.

IIRC the stadium was designed to be converted to a football stadium after the commonwealth games, with one stand being moved towards the pitch to avoid the vast open spaces evident at the london stadium, however, the manchester stadium is used exclusivly for football,whereas London gets converted back to an athletics venue when required
