If only someone at The Amex had had the presence of mind to use a mop and bucket , eh.
Things could've turned out (there's that pun again) differently.
I'm sure that the away changing room was immaculate when the palace kit man arrived to lay out the kit. When he left it would've been locked for security reasons - it contained the full Palace kit for a huge game - until the players arrived the following day. Why on earth would they allow anyone in to clean what was assumed (with good reason) to be an already clean changing room?

Jesus, you're a bellend.

It's pretty obvious that access to the away dressing room in the run-up to any game is pretty restricted, particularly after kit has been delivered and set out. You'd be the first to bleat on if there had been people snooping around in there before the game.

If the Palace coach driver and kitman had behaved like anything resembling human beings, they would have made the club aware of the need for a cleaner and things could have been dealt with properly.

As it is, they didn't, which is hardly surprising and pretty indicative of you lot as a club. Yes, you won that night. Yes, you're still in the Premier League. But, given everything that your club has done over the past few years, it still makes you a pathetic excuse for a football club and pathetic excuse for a fanbase.

Yeah it's clearly not Brightons fault but the "typical Palace" reaction on here is ridiculous.

Nobody knows when it was clear who'd done it. Nobody is aware who knows, it's just assumed Parish is aware. Nobody knows if conversations have gone on behind the scenes about it.

It's just a illogical, bitter outburst on limited knowledge.

Perhaps you need to read some of the threads on here and BBS about the incident and then come back.

You may see how much of a hypocritical, whinny gimp you sound.

Was obviously an attempt by Palace to get the players up for it. I cannot buy that someone would do that by accident and not tell amyone, what sort of human being is that? But what a disgusting and vile way to do it. They really are complete scum.

Bottom line is, we are making millions in the biggest league in the world and beating you lot on the way there.
How do you like them apples?

Yes, because all off field transgressions can be forgotten if you are successful on it.

I don't know what I find more disappointing, your complete lack of perspective or inability to have any empathy with an argument that can't be settled by a football result.

Individuals speculate and wind opposition fans up. Course they do. Do you think it would be any different if it was the other way round? Come on.

Well it is the other way round now, so please don't get offended when we refer to Palace as a classless club, run by classless directors, with classless employees and classless fans.

Bitter, twisted and miserable.
It should be your new club motto.

I think its time for you to come to terms with the fact that Crystal Palace FC as a club, and a proportion of your fans, actually behaved like complete and utter scumbags. Thats not just the usual "banter" between rivals - it is fact for all to see now, and that behaviour (as we now know), comes from the top down. You as Palace fans will of course back your club to the hilt regardless, but you're defending the indefensible. Any right-minded football fan, or human being for that matter, would be revolted by the behaviour of your football club over this.

Obviously you don't care because your club is wallowing in lots of lovely Sky money now. But honestly, what a way for a football club to conduct itself. Disney Prince should be embarrassed and ashamed, but those are traits which are washed away by outright arrogance at CPFC. Always have been, its certainly nothing new. Just ask the numerous creditors.

Grubby, abhorrent little club.

So you know for sure what happened? It's all pretty nasty either way - I blame the Millwall manager.

Curious, isn't it, how- when it was assumed from the start that a rogue Albion employee had taken a shit "all over" the Palace dressing room, it was deemed disgusting, unsanitary, vile, and so on by Palace fans, and one of the worst insults that could ever have been dished out. And what could we do but- with a distinct sense of disappointment and slight shame- agree?

Now it's finally public knowledge that it was one of their own who did it,and their own club who hid behind that knowledge, all of a sudden our resident Selhurst contingent consider it a mere trivial little thing, that could have been resolved within minutes "if only you had a cleaner with a mop & bucket"?. Strange how a different perspective can alter one's moral standpoint. I don't see a lot of shame or embarrassment coming from the bowels (pun very much intended) of South London.

I wonder if me a Parish will issue an apology on his Twitter account as he loves to comment about all things Palace and more, doubt it thought as it shows class to apologise.
