What the hell are you on about? Apologise for what? For your team coach getting stuck in traffic? Maybe they should have left earlier? There's a thought. Everybody at Crystal Palace knew exactly what traffic would be like so why not make allowances for that? As is the norm for you lot-you look to shift the blame elsewhere. Pretty much like the times you defaulted and screwed your creditors "Oh, please believe us, it wasn't us guv. Honest! It was that nasty former chairman number 1 and that foppy haired fool of a chairman number 2".
Are you suggesting that The Albion purposely delayed your team coach? Seriously-you actually believe that?
Not only devoid of class but now drifting off into the realms of fantasy. What a truly pathetic club you associate yourself with.
I heard the coach was directed the wrong way by a mischievous steward . This took up valuable time and was unfortunate as the coach driver was touching cloth and urgently needed a eartha . I not saying he was the culprit but the evidence was there for all to see .

That doesn't stack up....

Holloway moaned at the coach being sent the wrong wway. Based on this, it must have been immediately prior to the match when the coach was en route to the ground with the CPFC team, Holloway and the rest of the match day staff on board.

The 'messy incident' with the coach driver didn't take place at the same time. It was, by all accounts, a fair few hours before this when the kit was being delivered to the Amex, well ahead of the match itself.

I know this is a long thread, BUT, it has been mentioned many times, and spoken by your club captain (see youtube video I posted some pages back) that the mess was created some hours earlier. Not at the time the team arrived. Sigh.

Bozza, correct. It was explained a long time ago, that the Palace coach on arriving a little late on that fateful day, got caught in the traffic on the A27 going to north/east to Falmer. The coach went past the Falmer junction and up to Lewes and back down south/west A27, which was what a lot of us do as sometimes it is quicker. No idea who told him to do this as there are not Stewards on the A27. It was also reported that the coach was directed the wrong way round once in the stadium, maybe that is because on that day we made the internal roads one way to help crowd segregation. I do not know that for a fact, but the same person who told be it was the coach driver who pooed, told me the A27 story, so again, just the coach did what hundreds of us every week. Move on. Think this a story like poogate that has got out of hand and people trying to make something of it, when nothing really happened, apart from Holloway being an ********.

I'd give up Bozza.

This has been pointed out and explained time and time and time again to the various Palace dullards on this thread, and yet they STILL bring it up as though its never been mentioned. Its like trying to teach a labrador how to connect up a printer.

Complete and utter waste of time and effort.

Should ban the palace dullards from posting on this thread, getting boring that they keep bouncing it saying the same bollocks as they said before. Horrible club with horrible fans from a shit part of London. None of us should expect anything better from them.

Let the scummy lot think they got one up on us. What goes around comes around! They are having their day in the sun at the moment by cheating (twice) and using underhand tactics but it's not going to last long. Our time is coming and will be able to lord it over the tinpot Palace in style and with integrity!

On the subject of Palace trolls I see that since his ban from here VHA on NSC has turned up (with the same username) on the Albion related Argus comments making a nuisance of himself..

What an odd life to lead.

The palace downfall will be magnificent, and great payback for the utter arrogance of some of their internet goons that inhabit this board. :guitar:

Go back through these pages and you will find Albion fans admitting that the bus was deliberately delayed from supplying the team-kit to the away dressing room.
...
A team cannot access the dressing-room before they have kit to change into, so that would effectively inconvenience (ahem) their preparation ritual.

Did the Palace coach not have a police escorts to the Ground?

Oh for gawds sake Gullsworth why did you mention that as the next accusation will be that the police were taking bungs from the Brighton Chairman and fans who had a whip round so as the coach could meander through the Sussex countryside and forced to stop off for a cream tea before the match . Oh my days ...
