I've had ENOUGH of FOREIGNERS now, they HAVEN'T a CLUE in the CHAMPIONSHIP. Sooner we LEAVE the EU the better, WE should have gone for an ENGLISH manager like Pulis as I said a year ago

Isn't Tony Pulis WELSH?

Meopham, Kent.
There is a VIP getting a tour of the training complex right now (9:52). Source , a mate of mine there on business, been asked/told to remain in his car till he's called for.

While that could be Sami, I'd have thought all prospective managers being interviewed would ask to see round the new training facilities. So, this could well happen 4 or 5 times this week.

Sacked by Bayern Leverkusen after less than a year in charge.
On 1 April 2012, Hyypiä and under-19 coach Sascha Lewandowski were named as caretaker coaches of Bayer Leverkusen, On 15 May 2012, Hyypiä was confirmed as team manager (Teamchef) On the 5 April 2014, Hyypiä was sacked by Bayer Leverkusen with immediate effect
It's called reality people some of you should try it every now and again
You could call that many things - an error, stupidity, or just bullshit, but you can't call it reality.

Ooh, that's embarrassing for him.

Jesus, it's a new football manager of a second-tier club, not the head of some international counter-espionage unit.

Probably worried about Footsoldier with his long range sniper rifle from the top of Lancing College

How will bloom react to hyypia's representatives leaking the details of this meeting.
With the club wanting the process to remain confidential it may back fire on him.
Sounds to me that Hyppia's representatives are trying to out other clubs who have been linked with their client (WBA,Southampton etc).

I agree Warnock is a bit if a dinosaur but he knows this div inside out.
It's hard but we must be changing our footballing philosophy at Albion now as I'm not sure Hyypia is in the same mould as Poyet and Garcia which is good in a lot of ways but again he's totally unproven and will be a shot in the dark again and halfway through the season IF he's appointed we could be looking for our fourth manager in less than 3 years, that's an appalling record to have.
Get in a British manager who's been there done it knows what it's about and what is required get into the Premier League then see what happens at least if we got relegated then we would have cash behind us to mount another serious challenge to come straight back.
The faves next year for promotion I would guarantee are the three that went down from the Prem they have the money and have done it before.
Look at Burnley last season too totally unexpected and out of the blue finishing second British manager who knows what iis required and did it with sod all money and crowds of 14000 or less. Sean Dyche genius !!!!

not many foreigners in Burnley's team......first and only language is English....can you spot the link with Derby......all these foreigners are all very well but the ***** have to produce in the play off stage.....they have to realise what it means to the club and the fans , you cant rev a team up when half the team talk is in spanish and the other half is in English.......premier league maybe , but not championship.

With the news on another thread that RDM was seen at the Amex this morning and now someone looking round training ground things are getting interesting. Where will it all end haven't got a Scooby, but keeps us guessing I suppose and another "lump" on for the bookies.

Exactly, we need an English manager who knows what is needed to get promotion and a strong British spine in the team and cut the flimsy foreigners to a minimum, we've had enough of sick notes like Vincente, Orlandi & Agustien ripping us off

Hear hear. Stick to good solid, reliable English players like Kitson, Dodd, Mackail-Smith, Buckley and Hoskins.

He was shown around the training ground yesterday so very likely someone else. That is as much as I know/have been told.

An English-German experienced manager sounds good for us. Could be our Uwe Rosler maybe

Here
Were caught between a rock and a hard place. Yes we have a fantastic ground and training facilities but any manager who doesn't have experience of the Championship (i.e. any foreign manager) will take six months to adjust and will then want to spend big in January to become promotable. But we haven't got the dosh for players so is the only realistic route the Burnley, Hull , Palarse route where a team is built around solid British yeoman who will give 110% every game for a British manager?

Strong is the WORD, none of them are remotely STRONG players. We need people who can get STUCK in

Nor were the ones you listed, what does nationality have to do with their strength?

My spy is at the training ground today, working, he has not noticed anybody there today. This doesn't mean there isn't just that he has not seen anyone that may resemble a new manager. He will keep me posted if he notices anything. :)
