Brighton / Hove actually
You poll is missing folk like me that would fall in the "Not using SP as its crap, but would / might do in future if problems were resolved".

Your poll may reveal how many customers / consumers may be lost and the associated revenue if they choose to cancel but there may be others like me who are potential future customers / consumers to be gained and the associated revenue that would come with that.

Yes you make a valid point, sorry. It is good for you to have documented this view in any case, and this comment counts even if not in the actual poll.

Kicked it a while ago, crap service. Plus, for some reason it still works on the FL app even though my subscription has been cancelled since May.

If the service were free it would be bad. But to charge £5 a month for such a neglected user experience is a joke. It feels like the pay no attention to the website at all. It needs a total overhaul - it's like we're still in 2001. Flash video? Why? It comes to something when the free videos that the club put on their youtube channel are better quality than those that we pay for. Why can't we have full HD? (I know there's a filesize limit) but why is that in place? We're paying for the bloody stuff to be hosted!

The biggest issue I have is not with the commentary never working, the website being dated and broken or even that I can't tell which pixel the ball is in sometimes.. My biggest issue is that we have no other choice. It's either pay for something that nobody seems happy with or get sod all.

I wonder if the club could set up something by themselves? If they had 2 thousand fans willing to pay a fiver per month for this service, that's TEN GRAND PER MONTH. Surely that would make Paul Barber's eyes light up, for that amount, you could pay the commentators, camera men, hosting, etc and probably still make a fair whack.

The website is run by different company to the seagulls player element

Neither company's products are fit for purpose.

The commentary from Radio Sussex is shite-way too many "let's head off to the recreation ground to see how Aldershot are doing", usually with the Albion game still going on. I am not interested in Aldershot, Whitehawk, Lewes, Eastbourne or any other club. If the BBC can't give us full, uninterupted coverage of The Albion the club should take over.

I know that the issues with the commentary failing issues with wrong commentary are the fault of BBC

Radio Sussex on DAB - never any probs there (apart from when Aspinall's on). I've always thought seagull player to be an overpriced rip off any way

No good to those out of the County (and even some within who are near the boundaries) as it is only available on the local transmitters.

Exactly this, quite enjoy listening to radio sussex !

My DAB radio doesn't seem to pick up Radio Sussex in Lincolnshire which is 200 miles away.
